WHAT IS HAPPENING AT MADISON HEIGHTS

  

Parenting Conference – Madison Heights will be hosting a parenting conference, “Grace Based Parenting”, on Saturday, March 6th, from 9am - 1pm in the Fine Arts Complex on St. Joe’s campus.  Our guest speaker will be Dr. John Kwasny, Director of Christian Education at Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church. A light breakfast will be served at 8:30am and lunch will also be provided. Childcare will also be provided. Adult Classes After Worship – The Next Step Class led by Hunter Brewer is studying the End Times.  The Foundations class led by Josh Kines is examining marriage and parenting in light of Scripture.  The Cornerstone Class led by Bill Whitwer has begun a study of the book of Philippians with a particular focus on joy.  For more information, please see the “After Sunday Worship” section at the bottom.  Visitors are encouraged to attend.     

 

An Evening of Worship – This evening (Sunday, March 7th) beginning at 6 pm, we will join First Presbyterian Church Jackson, Highlands Presbyterian Church, Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church, and Trinity Presbyterian Church for a service focused on singing the great hymns of the faith.  This will take place at 1st Presbyterian Church Jackson on North State Street.

MHC Basketball - Madison Heights Team 2 plays at 8 PM at Ridgecrest Baptist Church on Monday, March 8th.  Team 1 is off this week.   

 

Women’s Ministry -

  • Baby Shower:  There will be a baby shower for Nicole Martin on Thursday, March 11th at the home of Elizabeth Shorter from 6 pm to 8 pm.  
  • Women’s Bible Study: Our next Women’s Bible Study will be Wednesday, March 10th at the church office. We meet at 9:30 am and 6:00 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Childcare is available for both groups. We hope you will join us!    

 

Youth Ministry -The Youth of Madison Heights meets each Sunday night of the month in the "Youth Room" at the Church Office off Bozeman Road from 5:00-7:00.  If you have any questions please contact Harrison Hatfield (harrison@madisonheightschurch.com).

Sunday Evening Schedule:

We meet for dinner at 5:30 PM and evening worship at 6:15 PM on the first and third Sunday of the month.  Acts 2:42 Community Groups meet the second and fourth Sunday of the month.  The fifth Sunday of the month only the elders and deacons meet.
